Healthy discourse is one of the most crucial ingredients in keeping a community strong. There was no shortage of opinionated and passionate owners in attendance for our San Francisco owner’s meetup. Trust and safety in the marketplace was the major topic of conversation, in between munching copious slices of pizza of course. Strong review processes, transparency in insurance, and real-life Outdoorsy stories helped to further understand what you want from us as we continue to grow.
The biggest piece of product feedback we took away is owners want less friction in their end goal… having a profitable business. Faster trust with renters and seamless renter walkthrough before and after the trip will make owners more secure with achieving their “bottom line”.
