Never again. First, I booked an RV weeks in advance, but at the last minute, the host had a flight to catch, so I never actually met the person.Camper #1 had no heat, and I had to locate and identify the furnace issue myself. The online pictures did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the RV. Camper #2 was filled with defects and safety hazards. I couldn’t level it because the host had disabled the leveling jacks on all of his rentals. His suggestion was to simply find level ground to park the camper on.When I began questioning the condition of his equipment, he belittled and ridiculed me, despite my being stranded hundreds of miles from home. He even threatened to hold me responsible for any repairs needed on the road for items that might have been functional but for which I was never provided with instructions or demonstrations on how to use.This was the worst experience I could imagine, and Outdoorsy has a lot of work to do to earn my business back.Yelp is my next stop.

I recently had a fantastic experience with a Jayco RV. The RV was in excellent condition—clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to travel in. The layout was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our trip.What stood out most was the customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all our questions and ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend Jayco RV for anyone looking for quality and exceptional service!

Joseph and Ricky were so nice and helpful with making sure we were set for our trip! They provided linens, some kitchenware, and a thorough walk through. Would definitely rent again!
