Bill and Tiffany were very flexible with pick up and drop off dates and times. The rv was very comfortable for our teens that used the couch and dinette. Outside refrigerator and flat grill were a great. addition.

The rig was exactly as advertised. Came clean, well equipped and ready for camping. A bonus that I was not expecting is that for our dry camping, the galley has its own holding tank, in addition to the grey and black tank.

RV was perfect for our trip! Everything was in great condition and had everything we needed. We loved the layout/floor plan. Great communication/fast responses. Would definitely rent this trailer again!

this is a beautiful and new trailer, very nice. Bill delivered it on time and set it up, ready to go. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I felt very rushed on the pickup. Check out was at 11:00 AM and Bill wanted us out at 9:30 so we totally lost the last day, when you are only there for 2 days it was a big deal. I have rented multiple times on Outdoorsy and they always pick up at checkout time not early. Be sure and agree on pickup time before you rent
