Communication upfront was great.Set up was good and the table in the trailer was broken when dropped off. The owner came back the next day and fixed it which was nice.The hot water wasn’t working and the fridge started to beep. Sent the owner a message and got the fridge to stop beeping and hot water turned on (so I thought).Water never got hot, fridge started to beep again and stopped working (tried to contact owner but never got a response), no towels provided, bedding for guest beds were dirty and smelled horrible, there was personal medication and bullets left in the trailer, it was super dusty, awning was moldy, the AC unit dripped water all over which made a bunch of our stuff outside wet, there was also water pooling under the trailer from something which might have been the water hookup which leaked a little bit, and damage to the outside of the trailer.The sensors for tanks also gave mis readings.I was very disappointed in this rental and the lack of communication when things went sideways.We’ve rented many trailers and RV’s in the past and have never had issues.We also own many short term rentals ourselves and understand what the experience should be like. All the past reviews were good but they are all from 2023.I think if the trailer was really cleaned up and things were fixed, it would be a great rental.

Unfortunately there were several things broken on the RV that we didn’t find out about until it was delivered. The table was broken and unusable as well as one of the bunks. The handle for the gray dump was missing so we had to crawl under the RV each time and unscrew the black handle and screw it into the gray tank. The surfaces and floor were covered in a layer of dirt and I had to clean the rv floor right away with my own supplies as there weren’t proper supplies in the trailer to clean anything except a broom. We paid market value for the rv rental and were not given any notification or discounts for the things not working.
