I would say the check in service with Deborah was great! As for the training, the walk-through was helpful, but I think a pictured binder would go a long way, especially when it comes to cleaning out the black water tanks. It been a minute since I’ve done it so I had to YouTube it to make sure I was doing it correctly.
I definitely think that maybe adding a swifter or some basic cleaning supplies for the inside of the camper would be helpful for the renter to clean a little better especially since the renter can get hit with a cleaning fee.
The plastic on the mattress needs to go! A mattress protector with a topper would have been amazing, oddly enough the plastic made it a little difficult to sleep especially since my husband is a restless sleeper.

On a scale of 1 -10 they were an 11. Great experience overall. Deborah made the whole process simple, and Nate gave clear instructions on the functions of the camper. Nate helped set up the specialized trailer hitch and showed me the assembly and disassembly procedure. Deborah was readily available for follow up questions and always happy to help.

Great experience all around. The trailer was in mint condition, extremely clean, and easy to live in for a few nights “bookbinding it”. Owners are very attentive and they clearly wanted to make sure my family was happy with the rental.

We rented an RV from them and the whole experience was great! Deborah was so kind and helpful and then when we went to pick it up everyone there was also very friendly. The camper was new and fit our needs really well. Only feedback would be to maybe put a 3M hook on the back of the bathroom door or a tiny shelf in the shower so there is a place to hang a towel or easily access shower items. Looking forward to renting again sometime!

This was my first experience with renting an RV on my own. Born to Run Rentals was with me every step of the way. The pre-rental tour was thorough with all my questions answered. I had called twice during the rental period (on the weekend) and they immediately answered my questions and reassured me.
