We just rented this RV for a family get together and we highly recommend it! The RV is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a family of 5 or 6. The delivery and pickup of the RV went so smooth and we loved everything about it! We will definitely be using this RV again in the future! Thank you, Ali for your awesome service and attention to detail!!

RV was not as described, wasn't delivered to the proper site and had no useable water, generator, shower or flush toilet and she new we had no hookups. Ali was rude, wouldn't answer questions and acted as though she were the customer. I accidentally left my wallet in the RV and when I asked her to return it please she replied with "when I have some time I will drop it off at a police station" Horrible experience.

1- My camper is great, the only difference is that I add a new queen mattress.
2-Camper was delivered to the proper side, I call the person on charge and he told me were I could deliver the camper.
3-my preference is set my camper, weather hooks, black tank, etc, this place have nothing, something that customer never say in all the times he Tex me(daily), what I answered all the questions, immediately.
4-I rent my camper with respect, I also need respect from the clientes.
5-If cliente was a different person(nice) what I don’t consider is something hard to be, I could go and deliver his wallet, but guys, this is not the usual person you want deal with.
