I'm not sure where to start. The camper is listed as 2018 when VIN says 2015, the camper looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There was food splattered in the microwave, the oven wouldn't light and was extremely dirty! the coffee pot looked like it had never been washed, food crumbs in the cabinet, shower curtain was old and dirty. We had to put all food in large freezer bags to keep the ants from crawling on everything. There is a cleaning fee (That says all rentals are professionally cleaned after each trip) that I paid but there was NOTHING clean about this camper. When I told the camper owner all of this and asked for my cleaning fee refund he said he would take care of it and 3 days after returning the camper he won't answer emails or acknowledge my request. Would NOT recommend Somers Dream rental!

The owner was VERY easy to work with. Thank you for your kindness and flexibility. This was a perfect camper for what we needed. TIP - bring your own cleaning things aka dish soap etc.

Do to freezing weather the camper was unavailable to be delivered because of frozen and broken water lines underneath the camper.

Our customer had not paid the required final payment to Outdoorsy and we got an automated notice saying not to deliver our RV. We contacted our customer and tried to give them time to make the final payment but after hours of waiting no payment was made. We just did not feel comfortable delivering it to this customer. She had several months time to make her payments. Why wait until a few hours are left for delivery.

This camper was very clean and spacious. It is listed as “fully stocked” but was actually very sparse and missing some common key items, like a trash can for the main area, towels, and bowls. We made it work, but were a little surprised. We had inquired before as what to expect so we were able to bring our own crock pot, baking sheet, and electric griddle. Also, this camper is several years old and just has the original, thin camper mattress on the main bed. Be prepared for a very firm sleeping experience. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. Communication was good, and he was flexible with our desired pick up and drop off times. The bunk house space was great for littles. There’s a TV in the bunk house, we brought our own DVD player for evenings.
