We had an excellent experience with the Airstream. The RV was in good condition and everything as expected.
RV owners have a detailed video that explains every detail of how to use it and that was very useful.
I had a couple of questions during the trip and were answered quickly and efficiently.

Ruslan delivered his wonderful trailer right to our driveway to use as an accommodation during the holiday weekend. Our guests were comfortable and warm. We hope to rent it again and maybe go on a trip next time. It is absolutely darling.

This was our first RV camping experience. Ruslan and Alina were very helpful in orienting us to their trailer and even had a very useful YouTube video. Communication with Ruslan and Alina was prompt and they were very responsive. The trailer was clean, easy to tow, and relatively easy to set up/break down. Overall, we had a memorable experience.One piece of advice that we learned the hard way, DO NOT try to close the inner tinted privacy glass at the front of the trailer from the outside. It closes from the inside. I made the mistake of pushing on the glass from the outside and it exploded. Alina and Ruslan were very understanding about this.

The purpose of our trip was to try before we bought a similar trailer. So we planned a loop to stop at a variety of the kind of places we'd encounter on a long road trip.Russlan and Alina were quick to respond to all of the questions we had while preparing for the trip. They were helpful during check-out, and responsive to questions we had on the road.A few details in their Outdoorzy listing for this trailer were confusing or not precisely accurate. I recommend you check with them for explanation if a feature listed is crucial for you. For example, when we rented it, the main bed mattress was smaller than the standard Airstream mattress for this model.It's a first-rate trailer in great condition, and everything worked as expected. We got every experience we hoped for on the trip. We're closer to knowing what we want to buy.
