Overall, we enjoyed our experience. However, for the cost of the RV, we expected more. Here are the specifics:

Mike was easy to work with and flexible on pickup and drop off times. The RV was more than adequate for what we needed on our trip (2 adults and two young kids). The self-leveling automated jack system was a huge plus. We were in lots of wind and the RV was rock solid with stability. Will definitely rent this again.

The RV's seat belt and airbag service messages were on the entire trip. That did not instill a sense of safety one would like in an RV. I have no idea why someone would rent out something with these lights on. 2 days into our 8 day trip to Yellowstone it started leaking something out the back. Turns out the waste water was leaking from a poor repair job (it was wrapped in duct tape). So we could not use the shower, toilet, or sink (for dishes) because the smell could attract bears and we did not want human waste leaking out of the RV in the park. Day 5 we had to fill up the coolant because that warning came on. The igniter for the cook top did not work. It had to be lit with a lighter or a match. We paid $75 extra for delivery but we had to go pick it up and drop it off.

Micheal was excellent to work with. He was prompt to communicate. Very courteous and professional. He was always available for any questions. As a first time RVers we did have a few, he was always prompt and pleasant to respond.
The vehicle was as described, clean, runs extremely well with no issues.
Thank you Micheal for helping makes our experience flawless.

Great rig. It drives like a dream and sips fuel. Handling and size were basically a non issue. Anyone should be able to drive this.

Had a great trip in the Itasca Navion. Super comfortable and packed with all the mod cons. Automatic leveling jacks is my favorite feature. A few drawers and things with Brocken latches but that’s par for the course after a couple years with these I think. All in all a great RV and Michale was an excellent host. Looking forward to the next trip!

As newbie RV'ers: 2 adults, 2 kiddos and 2 dogs, we made probably made every mistake in the book with Dave & Mike Wolfe's Mercedes Itasca Navion 24J. However, Mike and Dave were always available to answer Qs and provide advice and guidance on the operation of the RV's various systems. We went from SLC to the Wind River, then to Grand Teton, then to the headwaters of the Green River in the Bridger-Teton National Forest and then to Flaming Gorge. It was a fantastic trip. The Mercedes was easy to drive and sufficiently aerodynamic that we didn't get too buffeted by Wyoming's winds. Operation of the slide-outs, leveling system and awning was simple. And the cooking area was fully functional. All-in-all, we would very highly recommend Dave & Mike Wolfe's Mercedes Itasca Navion 24J as a rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first RV rental experience. And most of the credit goes to Mike and Dave for their excellent customer service and their Navion RV. We highly recommend them for your next RV camping experience!!!!
