About Patricia Arana

Hi, we purchased our "Home Away from Home" to build memories travelling the US and Canada. Our Coachman Freelander is built on the Ford E450 and drives like a full-size truck or van. There is plenty of storage space and it comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer; 3 burner stove/oven; bathroom with shower and toilet; A/C, heater; 3 tv's (2 inside and 1 outside); and we supply the linen; cooking utensil; bbq which connects to RV; and gas fire pit (we even included the sticks for roasting marshmallows or hotdogs). We also have a hot spot in case you are camping and need to take care of work on the road or want the little ones to be able to watch the Disney channel during down time. It is our hope that you will enjoy our rig as much as we do and that can enjoy visiting the different states in USA and provinces in Canada. We also allow towing of your vehicle, should you decide to bring it with.

This was our first time renting an RV and was purposely done as overnight trial run in preparation for a 6-day trip. We have a very large dog, a 15-month Great Dane/Weimaraner mix at 100lbs. whom we wanted to take with us, so it was important to see how he would do in an RV.
The owners, who are also dog owners, were instantly taken to us and addressed all of our concerns, not only with the RV but also with traveling with a dog. We met with them prior to the trip where they gave us a tour of the RV and then again on the morning of the trip where we got detailed instructions.
In spite of its size, 27 feet, we found the RV relatively easy to drive and just had to be cognizant of its size when navigating smaller spaces like parking lots. Setting up the RV at an RV camp site was quite easy given the thorough instructions provided by the owners. Most importantly, their strong advice to remove all necessary equipment from the storage areas before extending the sides was extremely helpful (no bumped heads).
For the few questions we had on items that we simply forgot, we texted the owners and got immediate responses, up to and including a sincere offer to come to our location and help if necessary.
The return was uneventful and the owners were extremely pleased to hear any comments we had or suggestions for improvement.

It was a great stay, even though it was only 2 days. this is the second time we have rented this RV. it's an excellent experience. this house has everything you need. just rent it without hesitation. Thanks for all the hosts will definitely meet again.

This trip and overall experience was absolutely fantastic! Patricia and Erwun, the owners, are the most wonderful people! They thought of everything! And they are the most understanding and joyful people we have ever met. We will be renting from them again!

Patricia and Erwing were the most gracious hosts! We were able to leave our vehicle on their side yard while we were gone, so the pick up and drop off couldn't be easier. We would definitely rent this RV from them again. The RV was easy to drive, had tons of storage. All the amenities were in the RV and you could either bring your own linens, or they would supply. Thank you guys! Had a great trip! Can't wait until next time.

It was an absolute Pleasure meeting and renting from Patricia and Erwing. The RV was well maintained, clean, and very easy to operate. During pickup - Patricia and Erwing took their time and walked us through every inch of the RV and made sure we knew how to operate. Until we buy our own… we will definitely be a repeat guest!

Talk about a home away from home! Patricia and Erwin Arana's RV motor home was comfortable, shining clean, and perfect for our (only second) RV trip. Taking their time explaining everything and showing us what was already stocked for usw (paper goods, clean new towels and sheets (on the bed already!), movies, games, and more, we realized they really did want us to relax and have fon on our trip to Paso Robles. The captain's seats were comfortable, as too the bed's mattress. We also appreciated the modern conveniences such as a full-sized refrigerator, 3-burner stove top, keurig coffee maker (pods provided), and front view camera. Much more can be said, but above all, the delightful owners put us at ease with the time they spent before the trip and how they really did consider us not juster renters, but new friends. Thanks Patricia and Erwin!.
