First time to tow and Andy is extremely helpful. After a detailed walk through, Andy provided the weight distributor and hitch set which in turn made the tow much smooth and stable. The RV is spacious while light (about 3000 lbs) and I was able to tow it with my regular SUV (no need a full size 8 cyclinders SUV/Pick-up). Andy even checked with me if everything went well but unfortunately I missed his call due to no cell signal in the camp site. Overall, great A++ experience.

Andy (Haoran) was a great host. This was our first time renting / towing an RV. I was a little apprehensive, but Andy took lots of time to educate me. He even took us on a practice drive around the neighbourhood and we took extra time getting me comfortable with backing the trailer into a driveway. We had a few questions during the course of our one-week trip and Andy was always available with support by text or phone. Andy is very personable and I felt he genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The trailer is pretty new and clean. I also appreciated that he provided a weight distribution hitch and a back-up camera. A++

Andy was a great host. He went through all the workings of the trailer in great detail and made sure I had everything I needed for the trip. He quickly responded to all text messages and was accommodating with the pickup and drop off schedule. The trailer was very clean and in perfect working order. 1 adult, 2 teenagers and a small child fit well and had a great time. Would book again.

It was the first time us taking a trailer. Haoran was so kind and he explained how stuff works and what/how to do. He is very knowledgeable and very hands-on. We have a highly pleasant stay at the park. Never a tent again. ;)

This was our first RV rental with Outdoorsy and Andy was very accommodating while explaining everything about the trailer operation to ensure a safe journey. Would definitely recommend renting from him!
