Michael was easy and quick to communicate with. The pictures of the RV show the floorplan, but you should not expect it to be in near new condition. It was heavily used and not well maintained. We had issues with tires vibrating, heat pouring out of the engine compartment into the cab, an undependable refrigerator, a rip in the sewer hose, sagging driverside mirror, and many more annoyances. Mechanically we made it to everywhere we wanted to go, but it was not a comfortable ride and kept wondering what would fail next.

Michael was super responsive and communicative. Very friendly and great with instructions. The RV was great for our trip to Zion with 0 issues.

Rv was exactly what he said. He took our advice about adding more pots and pans. He said we were the first to use this rv. Rv drove very well he had new tires on it. We tested it out in sequoia and Yosemite worked great. Note if driving thru that area have experience with big vehicles very tight. Mike was quick to respond and would rent from him again
