This was a very disappointing experience - the trailer was certainly not what was advertised. First of all, there was no functioning TV in the unit - so no "entertainment" on a very rainy weekend. We had no hot water the entire weekend, so showers were not possible. Also, the trailer was not "level," so it seemed we were somewhat tilted the entire time. In addition, the trailer was delivered with the dirtiest awning we've ever seen. Poor communication - host was supposed to text us regarding time for pickup on Sunday morning - that never happened. After trying to both text and call (and contacting customer service for Outdoorsy), we finally received a text - after the park's checkout time. Again, a very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience. We booked this last minute and Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We have been contemplating buying a travel trailer and they gave us a crash course on how to maintain them. Our kids had a great time despite the gloomy weather.

Camper had everything we needed! And Dawn was great to work with! Family and strangers stopped by our site to get info about our super camper! It was everything we needed for a week away and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the camper or host!
