We are a family-owned business named after our beloved dog Cuocuo, a 4 year old German Shorthair Pointer. We are passionate about any outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing etc. We hope you will be enjoying our RV ride and we are open to any comments and suggestions. This RV presented well in the photos and the and the “newness” of the year was a major factor in booking. However, this RV had many issues including a long list of deferred maintenance, and the condition was very different from photos. Head unit for Radio and Nav simply did not work and stayed lit at night, and we had to play a Bluetooth speaker for any music and navigate from phones. Several screens on the windows were missing making it impossible to open them at night with the bugs at the various sites. There were too vents that were inoperable so to broken hardware, or missing screens. Broken drawers and missing drawer bottoms. The exterior had dings and dents all over. The list goes on. There was an odor that was likely cigarette smoke from a while ago that was masked. Biggest issue was that we had a flat tire crossing the State line into WY on a Sunday. It was improperly installed by Walmart and could have been a major disaster on the highway. The Outdoorsy roadside emergency service was useless and left it up to us to find a tire and a solution in a small town on a Sunday. This price needs to be adjusted more in line with other heavily used RVs. It is very overvalued compared to other listings that are well maintained and personal RVs. Still working out bills I incurred servicing the RV during our emergency. Suggest taking a break from the rental market and servicing the many nagging issues with this RV prior to sending it back out. Outdoorsy needs to find a way to perform routine quality control of the RVs they list, as this was a very misrepresented listing and we lost a day on our trip fixing what should have been serviced by a quality tire company familiar with RVs.

Very comfortable RV, and with all the features working perfectly. Starlink made all the difference in the stay. It came with a manual and use and the owner was very attentive in delivering it.

Ningchao was a great host, he explained everything perfectly. We had a question the 1st evening out and he responded quickly which we really appreciated. Would rent again!

The refrigerator did not work, the cruise control did not work, the radio did not work, the key that opened the storage outside the unit was previously bent and broke so we could not get to our stuff or empty the tanks and they tried to charge us for that… the queen bed in the back is a 4 inch pad, so it’s not a real queen bed like most RVs. The pick up and drop off experience was easy and communication was good but overall the unit is pretty beat up and not what I would expect for the price we pay… Would not rent from him again at all.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our RV, and we would like to address the issues you've mentioned. Please allow us to explain:1. Regarding the refrigerator not working, we want to clarify that it underwent a thorough pre-check just 30 minutes before it was handed over to you, and it was in working condition with power evidence during the walk-thru. Unfortunately, it was accidentally damaged on the same day you used it, requiring me a 30-mile drive for troubleshooting. As it was a holiday weekend, immediate repairs were not possible. We offered alternative solutions such as a cash rebate or a portable cooler, and you accepted the cash rebate.2. Concerning the cruise control not functioning, it was tested and working during both the pre-check and post-return inspections. We are unsure why it did not work for you and apologize for any confusion.3. We acknowledge our negligence in not identifying the issue with the radio during the pre-check. However, we provided the option for you to purchase a portable Bluetooth radio, with reimbursement offered by us. Our maintenance team is currently working on repairing the radio.4. The key that opened the storage outside the unit was found to be broken upon return, despite it working during the pre-check.5. The queen-sized bed in the rear is a standard RV mattress measuring 60 inches by 75 inches by 4 inches, as stated on the official website. However, if you desire a luxurious Olympic queen mattress, this may not be suitable for you.IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL ISSUES, WE WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THE NEW CONCERNS DURING THE POST-RETURN.1. There was an incident where sand was scattered across the floor and carpet, chewing gum was found on the bed sheet, and dirty sandals were left in the drawer. Furthermore, the toilet lid became detached, and the bolt ended up in the urinal.2. The gas and propane levels were not refilled upon return without prior notification.3. We offered several complimentary packages, including early check-in. Unfortunately, you demonstrated a lack of punctuality and reliability that you arrived very late and checked out beyond the agreed-upon time.******************************************FOR FUTURE HOSTS***********************************
We must express our disappointment with the lack of respect shown towards our RV and our host. This particular guest has been quite demanding, requesting compensation even though the issue was not caused by us, and we have already provided a cash rebate. Due to this, we will not be able to rent to you again. We kindly advise future hosts to exercise caution.
