Super great hosts, very responsive and helpful, especially with an unexpected luggage issue. They truly went above and beyond. RV was in great shape, we received a very good orientation prior to departure. Thoroughly enjoyed our adventure!

Reggie and Melissa are awesome to work with. Reggie made sure I knew everything I needed before I took off. We went dry camping on Shea Road in Parker AZ. Great time with our friends, great experience with our RV, and RV owners.

Dreamy Dee was perfect for our family vacation! It had plenty of space and drove fantastic. Best of all was Richie and Melissa’s hospitality. They had Dreamy Dee spotless and in perfect running order for our trip. They thought of everything from an extra battery to lawn chairs and extra paper towel. I would highly recommend renting with Richie and Melissa!

What an experience! It was our first time road tripping in an RV and it was absolutely fantastic. Il Capo is a great rig and Melissa and Richie were super nice and super useful. They provided a full and complete brief about the RV when we arrived and gave us great tips. All along our trip the communication was very fluid and easy.
I highly recommend renting with Melissa and Richie.

Hosts were great with the entire experience -- before, after, and during the pickup. RV was great and well equipped. Everything was as expected. I would rent from them again if the opportunity arrives.

Melissa and Richie were FANTASTIC hosts! You can tell they take pride and joy and have fun in renting out their RV. I was a first time RV-er and they did an awesome job walking through all the details and explaining it all for us. They found a number of ways to make the learning curve small and had everything needed to make it an awesome trip. They were also very available for any questions that came up along the way and were very kind and fun to visit with. The kitchen was fully stocked with gear, lots of bedding and linens supplied, and even thought to include items like games and camping chairs to add to the experience. It was all very clean and in great shape. On top of all of that, one of our crew left an item behind and they shipped it out to her. Awesome customer service, great RV, wonderful experience! It was a very fun way to see Arizona. Could not recommend more, Melissa and Richie were seriously one of the highlights of our trip!

This would have been the perfect RV. It was everything we were looking for, minus the Issues. Our trip was a 5 day road trip throughout Arizona on and off grid. Unfortunately we were contacted as we were boarding the plane to inform us that the hot water was not working( which meant no showers!). He did tell us that he would under-stand if we wanted to cancel, but we felt it was too late as we were boarding a 6pm cross country flight. We met up with RV owner in morning. He was very nice and showed us around the RV and apologized many times for the issue. The RV was great, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need, except for the warm water issue and 1 night the batteries dying in middle of night waking us up to CO2 alarm beeping and no heat / lights. All in all, we made the best of it washing with water we had to heat on the stove and using public showers. The RV when fixed is a perfect rig for what we wanted to do. I’d strongly suggest making sure any RV is in working order before taking it.

There truly aren’t enough words to describe our experience renting IL Capo from Melissa and Richie. What a beautiful RV and incredible couple, completely down to earth and super dependable! From the moment we booked they were so friendly and helpful. Melissa immediately introduced herself and sent over some great recommendations for our Arizona road-trip. Meeting with Melissa and Richie was seamless, they greeted us and took us through every single step of the RV life, very detailed. They helped us feel secure and ready for our week long adventure. They were very attentive and reassured us that we were in good hands and it certainly turned out that way! Throughout our trip we felt comfortable communicating with them for any questions or concerns and they always responded immediately. The RV herself is in immaculate condition, she rides beautifully and is great on gas. She was fully equipped with linens, kitchenware and comfort. We are convinced there is no one better to rent from, wonderful hosts and overall unforgettable experience.

This was our first solo RV trip. Melissa & Richie are so nice, super helpful, answered questions quickly and thoroughly. Excellent communication overall! The RV is very nice, clean and in top mechanical condition. We took it on a 2500 (ish) mile round trip to Oregon and back to Arizona with zero issues. Richie walked us through all the "how to's" and provided detailed info on how to contact Melissa and himself should we have any questions or issues during our trip. They are top notch hosts and we would absolutely choose to rent from them again! We are thankful to both of them for making the experience a great one!
