Pickup process was not very organized.
It was difficult to agree on a time with the host as he had some scheduling conflicts. Although we did a walk around the host did not provide any of the paperwork or app process for sign off. Also neglected to provide the registration or insurance information. After I drove off I realized this was missing, contacted the host and he informed where they were. I also then went to the app and filled out the necessary paperwork.Vehicle reliability
The host provided a battery boost device which I found odd. Van battery was not good. I had to plug the van in every night or it wouldn’t start. Needed to use the boost device.Sewage smell in the Van. The seal for the toilet is not good, causing the smell to permeate through the van. When I asked the host he told me to use the toilet pods and it was normal due to it being summer time. After I rented a new Van due to this one failing, I realized that it was the seal on his toilet.Although I booked the van for the entire summer 42 days the engine seized after 7 days. Difficulty in dealing with host for return of remaining funds.

We recently had the opportunity to rent this RV, and I must say it was an incredibly positive experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and convenient.
