Right from the initial booking, David reach out to me to approve the rental. His excitement for me renting his unit was heart warming. David was very detail in showing me how everything works, and very welcoming when I requested a second run-thru, especially since this was my first time towing anything. He was very insistent in calling him no water what time or question, should I need him.
The trip was amazing, although I’d been to Waterton before, this trip with my brother meant a lot. Thoroughly enjoyed this trip, and with this trailer rental, made it all the better. Can’t see me going back to a tent. Thankyou David for being a great host!

David was very responsive and answered questions about the tank volumes within minutes. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would recommend renting this trailer anytime for 2-4 persons.

Dave was super chill, nice and helpful, flexible with pickup and drop off times. Did a great pretrip walk through and the trailer performed as promised. Nice small trailer hauled real easy with my F150
