Robert reached out to me because the first choice wasn't responding to my request. His communication was good in the beginning. He was paid to deliver and set up the trailer and I have in writing that he left the AC on in the trailer for us. After the first day the AC quit and I notified him. He said he couldn't make it until afterwork which would have put him showing up at 9pm. We learned that one of our friends had a space portable AC so i told him no big deal. After I told him don't worry about it he basically told me 'good' because he was still working and could make it until later. He file a claim on our security deposit for professional repairs to his AC after admitting in writing that it was wired incorrectly. He is a liar and crook. This is all after I drove 2 Hours to buy an air mattress for my wife and I because the bed was horrible. I was also told the trailer was furnished and it was not. Stay away from this rental. I have filed a complaint and dispute with Outdoorsy we will see how they handle this. I never leave reviews but I don't want others being swindled by this guy.
