Unique is a very communicative owner with a generally quick response time. The camper was perfect for our needs of the weekend. Definitely would rent from Unique again when size trailer is needed.

We had a great experience with our hostess, Unique and her husband! This was our first "camper" experience and their RV was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Owner needs to improve her communication, I was the one initiating all the conversations, confirming booking, a few days before arrival, morning of return, etc.
Upon arriving at site we were informed of a water leak by the host, it was outside at the connection point. Later on we realized the toilet was leaking significantly, flooded the camper when we went for supplies & dinner. Had to use the only set of towels provided to clean up water. Hosts husband is a plumber, he came over and fixed it for us, installing a valve we needed to turn off and on whenever using it, still leaked slightly but manageable. Provided booklet in camper says what’s provided, but was actually missing. I pointed this out on next day of rental and never got response. We needed to buy new towels, knives, peelers, coffee mugs, wash clothes and dish towels, etc.
Trailer itself beautiful & nice layout. Mattress in bedroom could be upgraded to something comfortable. Disappointed the awning was not included in rental.

Unfortunately this review left was inaccurate and no factual information.
There were no communication issues with the renter. We confirmed drop off and pick up times at least 5 days prior to date.Yes there was a slight leak at the campground water connection hookup that was out of our control. We can’t control the campground site hookups. Nonetheless this did not affect the usage at all.The first night the renter contacted us regarding a leak at the toilet. We were on site within 20 min. There was no flooding or evidence of flooding from the small leak. I have the text messages to prove that. A temporary fix was done and no leaks were present and we also gave extra towels just in case. As soon as we got it back on Monday, We upgraded the toilet to a ceramic toilet with residential fittings vs the rv fittings that were installed by manufacturer in 2023.The camper included all utensils expect for larger knives that the renter wanted specifically. At that time coffee mugs and a peeler was not part of the utensils but we have since added it for renters that need those. Our bunkhouse is family friendly so large steak knives will never be included. Only standard knives.All towels, wash clothes and dish towels, and linens were included with cost. These are available for every rental and were on board and shown in the bathroom. Dish towels, and cleaning supplies were included.Awning use is NOT permitted and the renter knew this ahead of time as it is stated several times in the listing as well as in the rules. They renter was aware of this, and that is why they specifically asked for our canopy tent to use and it was provided to them.At the end of this rental, I apologized again for the small leak in the bathroom and the inconvenience. I assured the renter that as a courtesy I’d give a credit on the next business day after speaking with outdoorsy. The renter was appreciative and said none of the non factual statements to us upon checkout. The renter was credited for the inconvenience as promised.
