Robin was great and there was easy communication throughout. Trailer was exactly as advertised, and worked well for our trip. Towed easily with a mid-size SUV, was balanced perfectly and tracked well. Bonus points for an incredibly comfortable mattress, too! We were travelling from west of the GTA, and heading north it was really nice to be able to pick up on the way once past the worst of the Toronto traffic.
