About Abigail Redwood
Bought the travel trailer in Oregon as a travel nurse. I have spent a lot of time in nature and had a great time learning and living with the trailer. I’m excited to share my trailer with others to create memories and have fun experiences!

Our trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival was Great!! Unfortunately we struggled with the trailer we rented. First, we had to call Outdoorsy to get any communication with the host, which concerned us up to the day we picked up the trailer. We own a trailer and have knowledge of living in one. The batteries were not holding a charge and we followed the host suggestion, although with her having to replace the batteries after one year, their has to be an issue as we experience that issue as well. We also had issues with the propane to light anything, believing there may be a regulator issue. During our trip, we found the bypass on the hot water tank was on which we had to find out for ourselves to get hot water. We were fortunate enough to be camping with others and we could utilize their trailers. The trailer is fairly new being a 2023 and is in decent shape, although the host should be reviewing these items prior to renting it out for the enjoyment for those who rent it.

Abigail was good about communicating when questions were asked closer to the time our trip started and throughout our trip. The camper has 4 plastic cups, 4 plates, 1 plastic bowel, several paper bowels, paper towels, a few styrofoam cups, some plastic silverware, a large pot, a small cast iron skillet, a spatula, 1 knife, a large spoon, two towels, three washcloths, one thin blanket, 3 pillows, and sheets/pillowcases for the full size Murphy bed and twin dinette. We wish we would have brought a can opener and an electric griddle. We struggled with getting the furnace to work and the propane burners and were very thankful we brought extra sleeping bags and a small crockpot. A small leak under the sink developed which could have contributed to the furnace not working. We had a great trip overall!
