Amy was great to work with! They were flexible and very responsive. We loved our trip down to the Oregon Dunes with their motorhome. They had it stocked with everything we needed and made packing so easy. It was the perfect size for our little family of 4 and 2 pups. We will definitely rent from them again if the opportunity comes up!

We were headed to Wyoming to collect some petrified wood and take a drive through Yellowstone. Thanks to Amy, we could do so, and we had a wonderful experience! The RV performed well throughout the trip, even for beginners like us. Although we discovered that RVs aren't for us, it will be a memory we always cherish. Thank you, Amy!

This was our first and probably last time renting an rv so many things went wrong the pop out leaked and soaked our clothes and pillows. The check engine light was on the whole time and when we tried to fill up it took over a 30+ min every time and when your on a time crunch to get to your next destination it add extra time which we didn’t have. Overall experience with the rv was unfortunately not good and ruined the vibe of our vacation. This was a very important and very expensive/long trip and the check engine light made it extremely stressful that we would’t make it to the wedding.

Lisa,We're genuinely sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your rental experience. The heavy rains in Northern California were indeed unprecedented, and we understand how the vulnerability of the slide-out section affected your belongings. To prevent future incidents, we've added a slide-out awning and, as an extra measure of caution, resealed the roof. While these improvements greatly reduce the risk of leaks, it's important to acknowledge that RVs can still be susceptible to the elements under extreme conditions.To make amends for the inconveniences you experienced, we waived the charges for the Starlink internet service and took care of the unpaid tolls. We realize these gestures can't fully make up for the discomfort and disappointment you felt, and for that, we are sincerely apologetic. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're committed to ensuring a better experience for all our renters moving forward.

Amy made the process so easy for my group and I! We were a first time RV using group and the rundown we got immediately made us feel confident in operating the vehicle. There were 5 of us and we all fit well, including our luggage and food!
