📣 FALSE ADVERTISING! Do not rent this RV! 🚫 Photos in listing are from when it was new 8 years ago. Super disappointing that we got duped.We nicknamed it the “death trap” 💀 🪤…it needs all new work done to the RV..needs shocks, struts, an alignment, two side windows do not latch at all and one continued to open while driving which was annoyingly loud. Those two windows do mot lock and neither does the RV door from the outside making it very unsafe. The shower door is off the track and doesn’t close, the storage area outside the rv doesn’t lock but that doesn’t matter anyway because the two main windows don’t latch. While driving it sounded like we were in the loudest airplane ever. The propane tank and gas were on empty that we had to fill them both ourselves. The drawer below the oven continually opens because the latch is broke as well. The table leg was stuck making it impossible to use the bed and the bottom of the table leg is all cracked. The ceiling is falling down above the driver and passenger seat.

let's start with the positives; great communication. very responsive and did his best to accommodate. An airport pickup and drop off would have topped the cake, but I understand previous bad experience doing that. still would have been more convenient. RV was clean, as described, and for the most part well functioning. also a better value than some other options. check in and drop off was easy and quick. gave a good tour of the RV. responsive when I had questions. blue gloves for dumping was appreciated. some items that could be improved: only left me with 1/3 water, so we ran out quickly and had some trouble finding a refill. fridge wasn't already on so needed 2 hours to get cold. no soap in the bathroom, and the toilet foot flush petal was not working 100% (I let Rich know and he immediately said he would get on it, after our rental). I also had trouble getting the table to disassemble to convert to a bed, and it was too late to contact Rich, so we couldn't use the dining area bed (maybe it was my fault but it seemed to be stuck). finally, front cab seats looked very worn and cracked, so some seat covers would give it a more palatable look.

We loved this RV. We named her Wendy. We learned a lot about her as we drove. Cold!!! Fridge. All facilities were great.

The whole experience was awesome! First time driving an RV and it was pretty simple getting used to. Loved driving to the different parks and living the rv life for a little while.
