The RV was excellent. It had all of the facilities that the host indicated, and they all worked very well. Grace was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about the van and demonstrated how to use all the features. She even sent a document with videos to show how to use the features. When I was on my trip, and contacted her, she replied within a few minutes! I would clearly rent from her again!
