RENTERS BEWARE - DO NOT RENT FROM KEVIN. If I could give zero stars, I would. The camper had a bad battery for the entire weekend we rented it. That meant no water, no power, nothing. I texted the host to let him know this Friday night when we arrived. Saturday morning, I texted again to let him know we had no power. When the host did finally come and get the old battery and swap it out for a different one, that battery did not work either. I texted him Saturday night to let him know that the replacement battery was not working. At that point, my husband went to purchase a brand-new battery charger in attempts for us to have some resemblance of power through Saturday night/Sunday morning. Even Sunday when the host and his wife came to pick up the camper, we were more than understanding. We were very understanding through the weekend, even though the groceries I had purchased for the fridge went bad, due to no power, and we had to flush the toilet and take showers with bottles of water. We were promised a 50% refund (which I have documented in text) due to our troubles by the host which he is refusing to now give us. He has now been messaging me in attempts to attack my character. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST.

I acknowledge the issues you experienced with the battery during your trip.While I did my best to respond and resolve the problem as asap, including paperwork taking the battery back to the dealership the next day after the 1am text.Also have paperwork were you rent my generator which charges the battery for you have power you whole stay.You also stated there was no water then why would I came to pick up my unit on Sunday I was late going to work because I had to wait till you finish showering your husband told me yall was taking a shower before yall headed home because of the dirt bike competition.Regarding the refund, I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication I offered to give you 50% but you said you just fine with some back and never said any amount.As for your comments about attacking your character, can you clarify that.Conversation shows only a response to any questions you asked. You waited 7 days to write this review to get more after I gave back money as a courtesy.
