The owner was very helpful and responsive, Pick up and drop off very simple. RV was extremely clean and very well stocked. Highly recommend!

Was my first time renting a travel trailer with a friend, we came from 2 hours out of town with a cooler full of food, rental arrived 4 hours late. Managed to save the food, but needed to get ice. Phone reception was not great in the area, so communication was tough, but Chelsea kept us updated frequently with her arrival time and let us know when there was hold ups, which was appreciated. She was very informative and helpful with showing us around the camper and how to use it. She offered to let us stay a bit longer on check out day, but the recreation site we stayed at was not lenient on check out times, and we didn't want to have to pay the park for another night to stay. A plate or two was dirty upon arrival, but camper was otherwise clean and easy to use.

The RV was delivered to the site as requested. The owners were easy to work with on the setup. Would recommend a checklist to avoid missing items (table, entry mat, garbage bags or other items normally provided). The stabilizers weren't down and appeared to be frozen in place.
