We were disappointed with the overall experience. The host Tom was for the most part accommodating, polite and had knowledge of the area we camped. However, there were issues with the generator which was finicky and would take numerous attempts at getting to work and we had to contact Tom for help. Also, we ran out of gas and there wasn’t a gas can to take to the gas station to fill, luckily we were leaving the next day. There also was a problem with stinky gray water backing up in the shower pan which resulted in another call to Tom with the result of me having to release the gray water three times in the 4 days we camped.
I think the camper would have had no problems had there been full hookups rather than ‘dry’ camping. There should have been more supplies such as toilet paper (we had only 1-1/2 rolls for our stay and was told we needed to get special RV toilet paper if we needed more, don’t even know where we would have found that where we were. Thankfully the campground had bathrooms), bar soap for the shower.
This was our first experience dry camping in a trailer and would prefer full hookups after the issues we had. Also, even though there were only two of us I think a 19’ was a tad small, storage was limited and the fridge was small. Next time I would think 22’ and up would be much more comfortable.

Great experience with this rental! Tom helped make our little camping vacation an excellent experience. He was very quick with communication and gave us a great orientation on his trailer. The trailer was super clean and included everything we needed for our trip, from all the kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, cleaning supplies, bedding and towels etc. You just need your self and food.
Would definitely rent again and will share his rental with family& friends.

Tom was very responsive. I would receive a response immediately after contacting him. The trailer layout is open and functional. It is stocked with all the basic items. Dishes are in a box in the cupboard which makes it difficult to find what you need. From a cleanliness standpoint - there were splatter marks on the blinds near the kitchenette, near the stove and sink, and in the bathroom. Perhaps I have an eagle eye for these things but when paying a cleaning fee, I would expect the trailer to be clean for these things. Otherwise, I would recommend this trailer a great rental option.

Five Star all the way! This RV is New. Like really new. We were the 5th couple to rent it. Because its new, everything is nice and clean. I picked this RV because it was light and I was towing it to Nicola Lake near Meritt from Chilliwack. Trailer is nice and light and my older Dodge Durango towed it no problem. Tom has a Sway Bar system that he lent us with the rental to tow the trailer with and it makes a huge difference in the side-to-side motion of the trailer when towing. Pets are allowed so we brought our 2 year old Black Lab with us. We brought our own blankets and put them over the bed so we didn't get any pet hair on any of the items.

We rented this trailer for two weeks over the New Years, and did a 5700 Kms loop from The Fraser Valley BC down to the Grand Canyon AZ. It was a great adventure and even though this was our first time ever doing this, it went really well. The unit is light and it tows easily. We stayed at a few cold areas without any hook ups and we were perfectly comfortable, the furnace worked really well.
We had an excellent experience, and Tom is a great guy to deal with, I would recommend this.

Recently returned from a week of touring B.C. with Tom's trailer. Beautiful trailer, towed very well. Everything worked simply and perfectly. Set up and take down was easy. We were in Banff and Jasper for a couple nights of negative 3 or 4 and snowing. Trailer was warm and cozy the whole time.
This was my 1st time booking through Outdoorsy and I have to say the whole experience was simple and easy. Tom responded to all of my inquiries within minutes ( 5 or less ) and was great to deal with. I was a little skeptical at first but am very glad we went the Outdoorsy route. Would rent Tom's trailer again in a heartbeat and definately will go through Outdoorsy again in the future.

This rental was a total breeze! Tom was quick to respond to our booking request and questions. I requested Tom to deliver the trailer to our campsite, and it was all set up when we arrived. Tom was pleasant and gave a thorough tour. Everything was simple to use and we were so glad to have rented from Tom! The trailer is beautiful and the bed was very comfy. I highly recommend renting from Tom.
