Our trailer rental went exactly as hoped. We picked up our trailer and were given detailed information about all important features. The Sonic trailer included all necessary accessories for our three day trip, including cooking and eating utensils. Cleaning supplies were provided, too. Shelley was very patient to explain everything and answer questions. The result was a wonderful camping experience for us. Shelley was willing to go out of her way to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend Family Fun RV Rental to anyone. They have a nice variety of trailer sizes to pick from and will work hard to be sure you have a good experience.

Really need to provide fully charged battery when pick up. I have was told the battery was fully charged when I picked it up and it was completely dead.

We did charge it all night but also discussed that we don’t guarantee the battery if not plugged into shore power. And also discussed if charge line worked it would charge it.

The camper was great, clean, well maintained, and a great layout for our family of 4 plus a baby. There did end up being some wiring issues with the lights but the owners worked VERY hard to get the trailer fixed as fast as possible and get us on the road. Previous renters didn't tell them, so it was a surprise to them as well when we went to hookup. Great people to rent from and would not hesitate to go back. Wouldn't recommend using the fridge if you are going the rustic/generator route as the battery will not last. We switched to our cooler after the first night. If you are on electric, this camper will be amazing!

It was really hard to get a hold of family fun RV until the day I arrived I did not have the correct hook up so I wasn't able to tell which was a large expense for me to have it towed to the place and then picked up I think communication skills could have been better

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Family Fun RV Rental. The process was seamless from start to finish. After a quick response was received to a couple of questions I had about delivery, I was able to book the perfect travel trailer for our weekend. It was perfect for two adults, and all the equipment worked perfectly. Delivery and return were both punctual and efficient and Bob made sure everything was in order and was happy to answer all my question. I happily recommend.
