We had a different rental arranged who had to cancel at the last minute due to mechanical issues. We contacted High Alpine Rentals, and they were able to get us on the road in less than 24 hours. The coach we rented was brand new and pristine. The host was very accommodating, communicative, and easy to work with. Blake did a great job orienting us to the coach, and he even checked on us periodically to ensure we didn’t have any issues or questions. Great experience, and wonderful vacation! I highly recommend using High Alpine Rentals.

RV was clean and staff was friendly. Booking process was seamless.

The water heater didn’t work, so we got nice cold showers.
The freezer didn’t work, so all of our food melted.
The generator didn’t work so we didn’t get to use the A/C.
The stove didn’t work, so we were unable to cook our food and had to use the kitchen in our friends tent. Super lame.

Joseph,You got in your vehicle and drove off even after I told you I needed signatures. I could have shown you the switch. We had the propane stove top, water heater, and generator going right away. We messaged you asking your location roughly 1hr after you picked up because I passed you on i25. We needed to know the location due to our other rentals at the festival told us their spots so we could get them mechanic assistance if needed. This was in your favor yet you decided to constantly ignore our question.
