10x10 canopy tent (Patio awning usage is prohibited)*Renter must have a brake controller assist on towing vehicle***Not Burning Man Friendly***Dry campers: Note, the fridge runs on electricity only. You will need to run the generator to keep it cold.***Please message to inquire about delivery service before booking ****Local delivery is available up to 55 mile radius. Includes set up, breakdown, and dumping of grey & sewage water.Pick up time: If needed earlier than 3pm, you must coordinate pick up with us the evening before. Extra night will not be charged.Drop off time: Trailer must be dropped off by 6pm if the trailer is not scheduled to go out the same day. Our trip was great. Pick up was east with good instructions- trailer tows great and is easy to maneuver. AC is ice cold ! Great for families with the bunks and front queen bed. Also the queen bed is so comfy with a great topper or high dollar memory foam bed.

Took a few days to visit San Simeon State Park. Camping was nice and quiet, had great camping neighbors, nice easy hiking. Ground was a bit uneven to park the trailer on but managed to get things level.
