Come explore the Rocky Mountains in our 2021 Heartland Pioneer BH270! Completely stocked for your family vacation outdoors. This particular model has a tub/shower bathroom that has it's own individual outside door to make the perfect setup for a mudroom (or a rest stop when on the road). Just don't forget to leave the campsite and enjoy the local nature spots like Mesa Falls, St. Anthony Sand dunes, Island Park, West Yellowstone, Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, Heise Hot Springs, and so much more!Deliveries are available up on request depending on location (we do not deliver to the National Parks at this time)What's includedTP, fresh linens, cleaning supplies, spices, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, smore roasting sticks, camp chairs, hammocks, PLUS games & activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Tim is a local East ID born and raised in the Rocky Mountains while Allie was born and raised in TX but decided to marry and put down roots in small town Ashton, ID. We love raising our 2 beautiful little girls and a sweet golden doodle dog in the mountains. We all thoroughly enjoy camping and fishing, while Tim himself co-owns a family business that serves people from Idaho Falls to West Yellowstone all year long.

• If you are unhappy with the arrangements you have 24hrs to contact us to end the trip. Please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate or remedy the situation. If you want extra amenities we might be able to provide them if you let us know before the trip! We want you to have a great vacation with us.
• If you clog the toilet you are responsible in getting it unclogged or there will be a fee $50 fee to have it serviced. Tank will be empty upon pickup and tools will be provided in case of an emergency.
• No vaping, smoking, or any other electric cigarettes inside the camper.
• Any interior damages will come out of the deposit, including damages caused by pets OR children.
• When dumping the RV tanks be sure to make sure that you clean them out fully before returning or there will be an upcharge of $35. Delivery does not include dump fee.
• Propane (and Gas with Generator add on) will be provided, any extra you will need to obtain yourself on the trip. Generator or electrical hookups are needed for A/C.
• There is a $15 pet fee per animal. If there is excessive pet hair that takes more than an hour to clean, there will be an upcharge of $25.

What a great rental experience! Allie was fantastic to work with both up-front and during the trip and was fast and responsive on communications. The RV was perfect and plenty roomy for my wife and I during our week at Yellowstone. The RV was well stocked with the normal consumables, plus some nice extras! The extra blankets Allie threw in for us were perfect for the chilly nights and mornings. We did an owner drop-off, setup, and pick-up and Tim was prompt on timing and super helpful showing us the details of the RV once he had it all setup and hooked up for us. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend renting from Allie & Tim!

The Rv was beautiful it had everything we needed to have the most amazing trip. 🤩 it was very specious inside, and Allison was absolutely amazing to work with. She provided everything you might need for your trip. She was very quick to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend renting from her.

Great people to work with. Camper was immaculate. Nice having the cast iron pans so we didn't have to pack our own. Bed was very comfortable. Had a slight change of plans the day before our trip and they graciously accommodated us. Very reasonable price for the size of camper. Highly recommend!
