We just needed a very short term rental to stay parked...but it was extremely last minute and we could not be more appreciative of the service provided. The owners delivered to us with just a few hours notice, met us for the set-up review and checked in to make sure that everything was working as it should.

The RV was nice as well as clean. Jon is a very good educator when it comes to all the functions and how operate the RV. As my husband and I drove to our destination we reliazed that the RV needs to have better drawer supports so that the drawers don't keep opening and stuff flying out of them. Jon and Linda only used a single rod that they put between the handles. The problem we had with the RV is that the AC went out. No fun when its mid July. We were able to contact the owners but we were not able to correct the issue until the am. They were very apologetic. Also mentioning a discount on return and we were told a late return was ok if we needed more time. So when we returned the RV late they were very upset with us. We were exhausted from the heat and not sleeping well in the 95 degree RV because it went out again and was not repairable the second day. We dropped the RV off just ready to return it to the owners. We later in the day had 6 different calls from them. One was to tell us we left somthing behind 2 was to inform us we misplaced or took there vacuum cord. 3 was to tell us we were getting charges
f more 4 was because we took there salad dressings and the salad dressings seemed to be the cherry on the cake because I got lengthy messages about the salad dressings and how now we are charged an extra 135 dollars and the text even said "what would possess you to take our salad dressings" I could hear the anger in her voice through the message. It was my Birthday that day and I felt harassed all day without a single Happy Birthday mention. My husband and I did not intentionally take them. We don't recall even seeing them. We had some company on our stay so we thought maybe they got misplaced in there cooler. It was an accident and as far as I'm concerned if there is somthing you didn't want used or maybe missplaced then you shouldn't keep them stowed away in the Rv. Overall it was an experience. I could have gone without the repetitive messages but I would have enjoyed so much more with working ac.
