Welcome to your ultimate travel adventure! Our comfortable + charming, fully-equipped 2023 travel trailer is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. Whether you're embarking on a family trip, seeking a serene camping getaway, or exploring the beauty of nature, our trailer offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This trailer sleeps 6 very comfortably and 7 comfortably and includes an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, 13' retractable awning, TV with Roku and so much more! The queen bed has an upgraded luxury mattress! It is available for self-towing by experienced and equipped individuals or for delivery to campsites up to 100 miles from Beacon, NY (please see details). Other awesome uses - need extra space for a family reunion, event, or wedding? Home renovations making it uncomfortable inside? We can park this in your driveway!What's includedWe want you to be comfortable! ALL the essential water hoses, sewer hoses, and electric cords are included. Outdoor carpet, table cloth, cooking utensils for the outside grill, and matches. TV with Roku player in trailer. Indoor cooking essentials include pots/pans, serving bowls, strainer, 2 quarter baking sheets, dish towels, pot holders, an assortment of cooking utensils including prep knives, silverware, plates, cereal bowls, pitcher, cups hot/cold. Food prep: tin foil, an assortment of Ziploc bags, can opener, peeler, cooking oil, small selection of essential spices including salt, pepper. There IS a drip coffee pot with filters. Cleaning supplies include: wet / dry Swifter, Clorox wipes, trash bags, paper towels, hand broom and dust pan, dish soap. Bathroom essentials include 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 1 bath mat, toilet paper, hand soap, first aid kit. ++++One set of linens for each bed (light comforter, sheets and pillowcases) for each bed. There are 4 pillows total in the camper but you might want to bring your own pillows and or blankets/sleeping bags.+++
Manual to trailer, extra fuses, and one flashlight are included in rental.Important Policies and Guidelines:Our pickup time is 10 am and our return time is 4 pm. We try our best to be FLEXIBLE with the times if requested two days before the rental starts.At pick up or delivery we will provide a walkthrough and demonstration of equipment. We want you to feel comfortable and secure with the unit.We do not make deliveries within New York City.We have a Supplemental Rent Agreement that is required. If you would like a copy of the agreement before renting, please send us a message with your email, and will send it over.Our pet policy is limited to dogs only.Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the camper.The camper must be returned in tidy condition (trash removed, surfaces wiped with provided cleaning supplies), or a cleaning fee will be applied. Please take all the trash with you, pulling off bedding, and gathering towels is nice but not required.No wipes of any kind or sanitary products can be flushed.
