Want to get away and travel the PNW? This Ultra light travel trailer, perfect for those wanting to tow something lighter, with all the luxuries you need for 2 people. This trailer is like new and is disinfected before/after every trip to keep everyone safe. Pet friendly. Plugged into electrical source, you can enjoy Air conditioning or furnace, depending or your needsThis trailer is easy to tow and easy to use anywhere there are RV hookups. This trailer has lots of light through well placed lighting and sun roofs. Unlike most RVs, this trailer has a huge bathroom with a large toilet and shower. The couch turns into a murphy bed. We've added thick memory foam and pillow top mattress topper to make it even more comfortable. There is a movable table that is great for eating, playing cards, or even Monopoly. The modern kitchen has two burners and a microwave/convection oven combo. There is an 8 cu ft refrigerator that runs on both electric and propane.There is a TV, already hooked up to a powerful digital antenna, and is ready to receive cable or satellite (coaxial cable provided). There is a DVD/radio/bluetooth system that will provide music via inside and/or outside speakers. There are multiple power and usb outlets to keep your appliances and smart devices charged. A fully electric awning helps provide shade while you are enjoying time outside.The trailer is stocked with all the basics you need - plates, eating and cooking utensils, keurig, and toilet paper/paper towels.While Trailer weighs 3110 lbs, your vehicle should have at least 5000lb towing capacity help keep your towing experience safer.Interior height is 82", ensuring most people can stand up comfortably. Water Heater capacity is 6 gallons will allow you to have a hot shower. You will need a ball that is 2 and 5/16". From the ground to bottom of trailer tongue it's about 19". Please check that your ball is 2 5/16". The RV host was fantastic from start to finish. She was always very responsive to any messages I sent her. She provided us with a very thorough walkthrough of the RV when we picked it up and was very helpful when we returned the trailer.

This was a great experience! Jennifer was super responsive and very easy to work with. The app/website was also easy to use. We were able to communicate with Jennifer and were able to extend our trip all through the app.
The trailer was a perfect match for us two and our dog. It towed great, everything worked just as stated, the bathroom/shower is really awesome for a trailer this small. The mattress topper is a plus also. We really enjoyed our trip!

Q.What are size ball will you need for your hitch? What are the dimension when it is level?
A.
The ball needs to be 2 and 5/16 inches. From the ground to the bottom of the trailer tongue it is 19".
Q.What do I need to bring?
A.
We have provided bedding, linens, towels, cookware, keurig, trash bags, plates, cups and eating utensils. You just need to bring any food/cooking oils, toiletries, camping chairs, DVDs, and your sense of adventure. If you're not camping with RV hookups available, you will need a generator to power appliances. Your generator should be at least 3500kw if you plan to use air conditioning.
Q.Is the trailer comfortable in warm weather?
A.
We camped in spots with no shade, 95 degrees F, and the air conditioner kept us very comfortable. We had to turn it to a lower setting once we were too cold.
Q.Is the trailer comfortable in cold weather
A.
The trailer does not have the all seasons package. Although there is a furnace in the unit, it will not perform well in below freezing temperatures. A previous renter had rented it in 23 degree weather and had issues with hoses/tanks freezing. I do not recommend using the trailer below 32 F.
