2020 Forest River Coachmen Beyond
This camper van is our pride and joy and we want to share it with you!The vehicle is a 2020 Coachmen Beyond 22C which is a Ford Transit 350HD Chassis build out by Forest River. It has been lifted with new all terrain tires installed. It is a dually rear wheel drive vehicle. DO NOT Take Vehicle OFF Road AS Outdoorsy Does NOT Cover OFF Road Driving. We have owned this vehicle since June 2021 and have spent considerable time, money and effort to make this a true home away from home. It comes with an amazing factory build out of everything you need in a camper van including: Full wet bath with hot water heater, Cabin AC and Propane heat, full kitchen with microwave, electric stove-stop, sink, electric kettle and french press. Plus we put our own custom touches on it such as; outdoor themed vinyl, cabin privacy curtain, subway tile style backsplash, extra LED accent lights, and cute decor details all around like faux plants for color! We have lived in this for a weekend up to months at a time, and it handles any time duration really well. What's includedQueen sized sheet set, pillows and blankets.

Outdoor rug + BlanketRecommendationsWe have traveled all over with our Beyond! When we lived in Chicago we would take it to Michigan and Wisconsin all the time. We even drove it to Colorado for a 10 day trip from there. Now that we live in Boulder, we take it all around Colorado, as well as New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and California. Because it has been lifted with all terrain tires it handles a variety of road conditions very well. Please schedule a required 30 minute video call or in person showing before or after you book so you can see the vehicle and get any questions answered before your pick update date! Other things to noteTHIS VEHICLE IS NOT FOR OFF-ROAD ACCESS!
Outdoorsy insurance will not cover off road and it is NOT High Clearance and NOT AWD/4WD. It is 10,000+ pounds, so it can get stuck in soft sand, dirt, snow, and if it does, the full cost of towing and repairs will be covered by the renter.DRIVE SLOWLY!
Please drive slowly, cautiously and leave plenty of room to stop. Do not accelerate or brake hard in this vehicle. This van cannot be drive like a regular car, and again it is over 10,000 lbs and cannot stop quickly. Sudden, abrupt, or emergency stopping could damage the chassis, and/or the buildout inside. Items will break if you have to brake hard, and full responsibility of any damage will be covered by the renter.PARK IN SAFE/PERMITTED AREAS
Van life is fun, but it extra caution needs to be taken when deciding where to park. Have a plan ahead of time of where you will be parking. Ensure it is free and safe. The WORST feeling is to be knocked on in the middle of the night sleeping by the police or a property owner telling you to move. Also crime can happen even if you are inside so please be vigilant and aware as to where you are parking to limit chances of theft/vandalism to the van. And above all please be respectful of the are you are parked in, leave no trace. Do not run the generator for extended periods, and no more than just when needed. Keep the shades pulled down and lights dim inside if there are others around.

Bryan had great communication and everything went very well. My daughter and I had the van for 6 days going to different places on the east side of Colorado at some dispersed camping areas.
