2019 one of a kind Hymer Aktiv 1.0 with a Loft. With a loft you can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Along with sleeping comfortably, the Hymer Aktiv has Volstart with EcoTrek 400 Lithium power module so keeping your batteries charged is seamless without the need for a loud generator. There is a large retractable awning for shade, and screens throughout. It has sink, 2 burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of drawers and cabinets for storage, and a bathroom with cassette toilet. Cassette toilet makes hassle of having to find a dump station nonexistent. All you need for cassette is a bathroom with a toilet or even a port-a potty. Best of all our RV is easy to drive and park! That’s right, no issues with parking unlike the big class C that requires finding space in the back of the parking lot if your lucky. Trust me, I have been there and done that. Also can’t forget those narrow mountain roads. You will have no restrictions with this RV/van. It can go on pretty much any road. We have raised it an additional 3 inches off the ground so the clearance is about 9 inches.What's includedHere's what's in the van. The owner was very available and helpful.
I am the ideal renter. I have owned my own RoadTrek Sprinter RV until last February.
I did not use the stove/propane, toilet, or water, which I never used in my own unit: I only cared about sleeping and the microwave.
I had to call the owner the first night to advise me again on how the heat controls worked (they are not intuitive), but he was easy to get in touch with and walked me through it.
The driver controls are not ideal. The steering wheel telescopes but does not tilt, so on a long drive I would find this disconcerting, but I was only going to and from a campground two hours away.

Hi Bennett, I am so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the van. Yes, the AC wasn't working, but we did provide a portable AC that worked very well (as previous renters said). And yes, the awning was broken, but we did provide a portable canopy. We had a lot of rentals and not enough time to fix these things before your arrival. We could have cancelled the trip but I thought we both agreed that that would have been an even worse option. We tried to provide everything you needed to a fun trip, and all of our previous renters thought everything was pretty great. And yes, everything is fixed now. Again, apologies for any inconvenience.
