Luis was great to deal with and communication was excellent. Orientation was thorough and we never needed to contact him about anything during our camping trip because everything was explained very well. We hauled the unit to our campground and set it up ourselves - setup was straightforward. One hint for other DIY users like us: pay close attention to the setup/takedown procedure, maybe take some pictures, because after a week you might forget a few things when it comes time to fold it all up! Worst case there's a user guide with photos included. The unit was clean, in excellent condition, and well equipped, exactly as described. I would definitely rent it again in the future.

Communication was stellar. Luis responded to our needs and hangups late at night, early am, etc The trailer is pretty new and likely works better in a shored site than remote campsite. He delivered a generator when we had some issues and was thorough in his explanations.
The trailer is roomy. We are two toddlers and two adults.
Having the trailer setup and picked up is well worth it if staying within 30 min of canmofe (banff/kananaskis).

Excellent host. They answered us so quickly each time, and set up for us in the rain. They also came early on the day we needed to leave. Super clean trailer and very comfortable. Queen bed and the heater worked great at night. Able to cook our breakfast and dinners on the stove since there is currently a fire ban in our area. Great space for 2 people, and probably could fit 4 super easy with still lots of space for your stuff. Would book again!
