Get out and enjoy the beautiful weather! This bunkhouse is perfect for short getaways or longer adventures. It's easy to tow and simple to set up and enjoy. It features a residential queen bed for mom and dad and bunkbeds for the kids. The dinette and couch offer 2 more sleeping spaces and perfect spots to play games! The large water tanks and solar package allow for longer and more comfortable trips (62 gal fresh, 78 gal gray, 39 gal black). It's fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, oven and 3-burner stove and 15 foot awning. The bunkhouse also has an AC if you use a generator or the site has electricity.
If you don’t need the a/c, then there’s almost no reason to run the generator. But you’ll have it if you need. No extra charge. What's includedThe weight distribution/anti-sway hitch is included with the rental. I'll help set up upon pick up to be sure you're safe and secure on the road. We include two burner outdoor Colman stove with propane, 3000 watt generator to run everything on board, kitchen utensils, 4 place settings, extra silver ware, 4 mugs, pots, pans, Kuerig coffee maker (works best when plugged into shore power),4 camp chairs, out door rug, and lots of games to play together. We can provide fresh linens or sleeping bags on the beds. Or, bring your own. Just let us know and we'll set it up as you'd like. We are a family of 4 (plus a mutt) and we love getting out into the woods. As teachers, we cherish our breaks away from school and we're usually in the camper exploring some new place. Our go-to summer quick trip is near Flagstaff off of a Forest Service road away from people. And during the cooler months, we love taking in the beauty of the desert at Lost Dutchman State Park where we hike the Siphon Draw trail and Flat Iron and hit trails on the mountain bikes. Years ago, we camped in tents when our boys were infants/toddlers. And then we bought my sisters 20 year old pop camper which had a cassette toilet and beds that weren't on the ground - both game changers. We enjoyed many trips until the pop up cable snapped when we were setting up camp. We dropped that trailer off for repair and decided to look at travel trailers. Soon after, we bought a small bunkhouse (Pioneer 175bh) and we enjoyed the simplicity of backing it up and enjoying with minimal set up. Two years ago, our boys nearly outgrew those bunks and we decided that just a little more room would be nice. We upgraded to this trailer and we've absolutely loved it! Our boys are teens now and appreciate the space of their bunks. We're confident you'll enjoy it as well! Renting with Andrew is amazing. There was no issue communicating with him. I’d rent with Andrew anytime with no questions asked. Him and his wife are very easy to talk to and the camper itself is neat, floor plan is amazing it’s good for multiple people.
