2016 Keystone RV Summerland
We are so excited to share our new to us camper with people looking to enjoy all the Colorado mountains have to offer. We purchased this Keystone Summerland camper the end of June 2023. We have put tons of TLC into it. The first upgrade, as a mother of 4, was the beds. The bedroom has a new 12 inch, memory foam mattress. The 4 unique style, separate bunkbeds in the back have new 6 inch memory foam mattresses as well. Sleep is essential and this camper has that covered. We also have a door installed to add extra privacy to the bedroom. Extra electrical chargers have been installed along with a brand new toilet. The blinds have been upgraded and allow you to block out almost all of the sunlight keeping the camper cool on the hottest of days. The camper has A/C and heat. Indoor/outdoor speakers to enjoy music. A DVD player with an assortment of movies are included in the camper. The outside storage is loaded with extras to make your camping trip comfortable and memorable.
***Brake controller required***What's includedThe camper has a folder with the complete inventory and the location of items. Fresh linens are provided for the 4 bunk beds and the bedroom. Towels/pillow for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare, cook and serve food. We are happy to do a pick-up order before you arrive to save you a step.
A ten person quick setup tent, 7 additional sleeping bags, camping chairs for the number of guests indicated in the reservation are in the outside storage. You will also find a canopy and an outdoor thick waterproof mat we put under the stairs of the camper to keep shoes out of the camper. A blowup up Explorer kayak and ores are available for use as well.
A generator ($20/day) and solar panels are available, just let us know if you need them.RecommendationsWe recommend camping anywhere in the mountains, they truly are a gift! Our family favorite and most frequently visited area is Grand Lake. We are happy to share our recommendations as you plan your trip. We suggest staying at least 3 nights at any specific campsite. Also, you will want to make reservations at most of the Colorado campgrounds 6 months in advance. This will ensure the best site with all of the accommodations/hookups you are hoping to have. Other things to noteWe ask that you return the camper in the same condition you picked it up. We do not charge a cleaning fee unless you don't clean up after yourself. We only charge the prep fee which covers the sanitizing we do 1 day before pickup is scheduled ensuring a clean camper for every guest.
We love our fur babies so you will only aquire a one time $20 fee per pet.
We only charge extra for items that require sanitizing/washing for the next guest. The items that will aquire an additional charge our indicated in the guest binder in our camper.
We also pride ourselves in communication and will be available to answer questions during your rental time if something is to come up.
Also, we appreciate you smoking outside of the camper.

We bought the trailer to make lifelong memories with our kids. We listed it on Outdoorsy with the hopes that it would maybe rent and cover the cost of the travel trailer which would be awesome. We dream that this will turn into a family friendly rental service that our kids, if they choose, will be able to take over and provide a comfortable living for themselves and their future families. Thank you for taking the time to read this and maybe you will help our dream come true.

Excellent experience at High Plains Raceway. Trailer in good shape, delivered on time, and owner was helpful. What more could one ask for.

Chad and Kelly have a super affordable full size trailer that we rented for a trip in the mountains chasing powder. Trailer camp equipped with everything we needed. Their communication is second to none. Chad was super helpful and got us sorted and on the road in a really efficient timeframe. Unfortunately our trip was cut short when I broke my arm, but once again, Chad was above and beyond accommodating and helped us change our reservation with Outdoorsy in order for us to get some money back.
10/10 I will absolutely rent from Chad again next time I’m back out here.

The RV trailer was clean, comfortable and worked well for the 5 of us. The hosts were prompt to respond to any questions I had. I especially appreciated them accommodating our last minute request to move up the time for the return of the trailer. We enjoyed our time - thanks to Kelly and Chad for making our stay enjoyable!
