35 foot 8500+ lbs loaded. It has a Hensley anti sway hitch.2 slide outs.Can sleep 6. Queen bed, fold out couch,. Lay down table with cushions that converts to a bed.. An option if needed is an inflatable queen sized mattress. ( this would be in them middle of the living room floor so you would need to deflate it once the sleepers wake up but the blower motor that fills it with air pumps the air out it as well.)2 Recliners, 32 inch TV, Residential fridge full size runs on AC only (converter will produce AC to run off battery while going down the road and while dry camping.(When battery gets down to 50% you must recharge it)Gas propane stove with oven. Microwave and gas grill.Picnic table tent like cover can be set up and is included if you want it.Battery operated vacuum sweeper for cleaning.Large Power Awning with a long row of LED outside lights on it.Shower only no bathtub.13500 BTU central air conditioner (only works if you are hooked up to electricity). Must have a round 30 amp RV plug connector to run air conditioning from your electrical source.Forced air propane furnace.Also 1500 watt electric ceramic heater provided. (We use it rather than the propane forced air.Linens , towels , cookware, dishes cups glasses provided.Delivery , setup, and pickup is an option if you do not have a tow vehicle for a reasonable fee.
Fee is $50 for under 50 miles.50 to 100 miles $100.Over 100 miles .90 per mile.40 gallon fresh water tank,Two 40 gallon gray waste tanks (one for bathroom - one for kitchen sink.One 40 gallon black tank for toilet.No smoking inside camper. If evidence is found on smoking inside camper a $300 cleaning charge will be applied to your deposit.If airbed is used you can accommodate 8 but it will be very tight.Generator is available for $25 per day.

If you are "boondocking" (camping without electricity or sewer water hookups) you will not have an air conditioner as it needs 120 volts unless you are using the generator. Camper takes a 30 amp RV plug and most frame generators have 240 volt outlets and will not work with a camper. An inverter generator is needed and you can rent one from me. Other things to noteThis camper has the top of the line Hensly anti sway hitch. It makes the camper rock solid when pulling it without worrying about wind gusts and semi truck blow by.

We believed that we rented a camper that had a 5 star rating. It smelled likea raw septic tank from the first time we opened the door.We asked the owner and he replied that hesmelled nothing. We had no walkthru. Appliances were greasy, wet and filthy. There were no dishes to eat off of. There were sheets but no blankets. The owner was very friendly and did be very good about delivering camper to destination.
