Our ALL Inclusive 2020 Grand Designs Transcend Xplor 247BH is the perfect camper for any and every adventure. It features 1 large slide out that makes a large and open living room, making it super comfortable. The trailer has 1 queen bed in the main bedroom, full bunk beds in the back of the trailer, a full couch pull out bed, as well as a dining table that can be converted to another bed! This trailer has plenty of sleeping room for all the kids and family! Aside from the many beds the trailer is equipped with all of the standard equipment plus even more: Stove, oven, microwave, full size kitchen sink, bathroom (toilet, walk in shower, sink), couch, dining table, TV, outdoor spray/shower hookup, outdoor fridge and kitchen type area, awning, indoor and outdoor sound system (w/bluetooth). You will also find that there is plenty of storage space for all of your gear when traveling to and from your destination. This trailer also has all of the utilities appliances: Heater, AC, Water pump, Water Heater. These are maintained and serviced often to ensure functionality. We hope to make your adventure the best that it can be!An anti-sway hitch is also included and setup and walk through on the operation of the trailer is provided!What's includedAs the description says this trailer is ALL INCLUSIVE!

There’s a 1 night minimum stay

- Security deposit: £385.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: £92.40. As this is an all inclusive rental, there is alot of laundry, cleaning, sanitizing, etc to be done. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

RV was ill-prepared for the trip. The heater (furnace) for the trailer did not work.
The refrigerator was intermittent due to the defective trailer battery (1) which would not hold a charge. The water heater did not work in the first few days of the trip, but I was able to get it running.
The black tank was not properly dumped. It may have been dumped but it was still full. Had to break camp to get the tank emptied at a KOA campground. Fortunately, a very helpful KOA employee assisted me with the task. Kudos to this KOA employee! The trailer was overdue for needed some maintenance.

Delivery was timely, set up and all went well. There were some minor glitches in the bedding and the owner was happy to make adjustments. Would just suggest the RV be advertised without bed linens and renters can provide their own. Mattresses were more like camping comfort rather than full bed mattresses, which I assume is normal for a RV. Bailey was a great host, and responsive to our concerns. The space was exactly what we needed.

My parents, wife and 2 kids took the trailer to the cinders and had a great time. The trailer was easy to tow. Super comfortable. Everything worked great and was super clean. Bailey was awesome to work with.
