2012 Forest River Salem Hemisphere Lite
38’ fully stocked 5th wheel with 2 slides. Two bedrooms and a loft allow for privacy while camping. Main bedroom has an upgraded short queen memory foam mattress, and two closets give you plenty of storage. Second bedroom has its own slide out, closet, TV, and a couch that easily folds out to a twin bed. The loft is easily accessible by a set of stairs (not a ladder!) and has a futon mattress. Loft is tall enough for someone under 5’ to sit up without hitting their head. Installed baby gate keeps the stairs safe for little ones. 2 A/C units help keep everyone comfortable.
Shower offers an upgraded shower head, and enough head room for even taller guests to stand comfortably. Hot water heater can run off electric or propane.
Living area includes a dinette style table, a couch that folds out into a full size bed (requires an air mattress), and a 36-inch TV. Stove is propane and the fridge can use either propane or electricity. Roku streaming on main TV with Starlink internet can be included for a fee.
Awning is electric. Outdoor mat included in rental, as well as 3 outdoor chairs and a hammock. Two 20 pound propane tanks included, which provides enough propane for about 1 week continuous use. This unit also includes multiple stabilizers for minimum movement while camping and an outdoor shower.
RV is fully stocked with all bedding, pillows, towels, cooking/dining necessities, indoor grill, Kuerig, and much more. This unit can be used for boondocking as long as there is a generator hooked up. Generator and extra water bladder are available for an additional fee.
No pets, and no smoking /vaping allowed in the RV. Fifth wheel/gooseneck conversion hitch can also be added (refundable fee applies). 3/4 or 1 ton truck required to tow, or we can deliver to the campsite. Delivery includes set up/take down.
The drop-off/pick-up times are flexible. Just let us know if different times work better for you! For delivery, we do ask that drop-off time is within an hour of your expected arrival so we can complete a walk-through of the RV with you.
For mobile users: The minimum delivery fee is $150. For whatever reason, the mobile site does not show the minimum fee. $5 per mile additional after 50 miles.

I rented this older model 2012 camper because it was cheaper than most and the owners are scammers and clearly needed the money and because I made the mistake of trusting these people and did not use the protection plan through outdoorsy they found a reason to keep the $450 deposit that I paid..we could not bathe, wash our face or brush our teeth using the camper water because the water smelled like sewer because they said it's well water they filled up the tanks with the awning did not work and they advertise unlimited generator hours and they do not have one as I was told but last minute they found a small one that would power light and plugs but no ac so I had to drive to Brenham(45 minutes away) from where I was staying at just to rent one the camper was not clean when we first walked in it from the beginning and almost 12 hours later apparently the table was broken from the floor and they have to replace it which was a bold face lie so they didn't have to return my deposit so be VERY VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!

at the time this renter booked the RV the generator option was not available and was not listed and we clearly stated that we had a small generator available to use and clearly stated that it will not power the RV and that with only running on battery power not to use the awning in case the wind picked up and the chance that it wont come back in while on battery power. the camper was cleaned and sanitized when we dropped it off into the pasture that was full of sand for a trail ride. the water in the fresh water tank had some sulfur in it due to the poor water quality in this area. this renter also smoked and illegal substance in or at the door of my RV that the smoke got into the a/c system and has to be deep cleaned to get the odder out. they also opened the emergency window and broke the hing by doing so. I clearly stat that if their is any smell of smoke (cigarette or other) that the full deposit is forfeited as the RV is advertised as non smoking.

The camper was very roomy and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Adam and Julie were very professional, thoroughly explained all of the functionalities of the trailer and made our stay incredibly simple and fun!

The trailer was great. Adam & Julie had it all set up and ready to go when we arrived. They provided a quick walkthrough to explain how to operate everything. They were available via text/phone for any questions we had during our stay. Kids loved all the rooms to play in and chill. Check out was easy. Highly recommend.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If you select delivery, all this will be hooked up and taken down for you. If you are traveling with the RV, all hookup procedures will be walked through with you prior to departure.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
This depends on the day of the week and how much advanced notice we receive. Weekends are typically much more flexible time wise. We both work full time, so advance notice is required for drop offs/pick ups before 2pm on weekdays so one of us can take some time off work.
