Rental Agreement: All renters must sign a rental agreement prior to taking possession of the camper.
Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded after the camper is returned in good condition.
Usage and Care
Cleaning: The camper must be returned in the same clean condition as it was when rented. A cleaning fee may be applied if the camper is not returned clean.
Smoking: Smoking inside the camper is strictly prohibited.
Pets: Pets are allowed only if specified in the rental agreement. An additional fee may apply.
Appliances: Use the camper's appliances and features according to the provided instructions to avoid damage.
Repairs: Any repairs needed during the rental period must be reported immediately. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.
Breakdowns: In the event of a breakdown, contact the rental company immediately for assistance.
Safety and Conduct
Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the camper.
Alcohol and Drugs: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Return Policy
Return Time: The camper must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Damage Inspection: A thorough inspection of the camper will be conducted upon return. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.
