30 foot trailer sleeps 5 or more. 30 AMP. A/C on electric. Fridge on gas or electric. Everything else gas. Shower. Two exits - one to master. Slide for extra room. Awning.
A detailed account of your deposit will show the cleaning fee of $60 (may be waived if returned in same condition as received) and any damages before returned. It is up to you to empty the black water and the grey water tanks before returning, present a invoice as proof, or a fee of $50 will also be applied to deposit if not emptied.
Fresh linens optional. Lots of seating.

•Drivers must have experience driving large vehicles(trailer is 30 ft.). Such as a basic understanding of turning radius, load hauling, stopping and distance, height clearance and trailering. Knowledge on sway bar stabilizer set up. If you do not please have someone with experience move it to the location. Trailer inspected recently and is in excellent condition.
