We have no complaints. Everything was clean and ready for us. We also made some changes, decided to bring a dog, and extend the trip an extra day, and Ace was fully accommodating. The only thing we noticed with the vehicle itself, was that the sliding windows opened during while driving, thus making a noise that scared the pup. We made them aware during drop off and apparently, its a common issue on these RV's. We enjoyed our trip and dealing with Ace! I would recommend.
