You will get your deposit back in full if there is no damage, urine smell, or hair left in the unit. WIFI is also available in this unit but will be an extra add-on. The top bunk will only be suitable for two small children or one adult weighing 130 or under.

Fees
- Security deposit: £400.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: £100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also washing linens and replacing toiletry items.
