2022 Forest River Salem
This unit is brand new off the lot as of 2/1/25! Once we add our finishing touches and decor, more photos will be added! This camper has all of the best features of two of our favorites "The Bear's Den" and "The Spruce Moose." Welcome to "Loony Lodge!" This Forest River Salem FSX Platinum edition is small and lightweight, and it's floorplan packs a punch.Outside, a large awning and LED strip greet you. As you walk around, there is an outdoor kitchen with griddle and small fridge. Around back, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet or give the pup a refreshing bowl of water.Inside, you enter to a sofa/murphy bed combo. The slide out is a large U-Shaped dinette by day, and large bed by night. Across from that is a kitchen with a two-burner stove, two compartment sink (this is exciting for a small camper), microwave, large fridge, and fully stocked kitchen. We supply everything you need from paper plates, silverware, pots and pans, salt and pepper, a Keurig with pods, and more. (A complete list is emailed after booking or can be requested any time). In the back of the camper, there is a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Next to that is a converted bunk area that has a privacy curtain and full-sized bed. There is no top bunk at this time, this creates a really nice little room (curtains for the door). We will be replacing the wallpaper (it has a tear) and re-decorating this area and will update pics when we do so.We are also going to be adding an entertainment area that will have a smart TV, DVD Player, Movies, and games.FAQ'S (These can also be found on our website)*Do you deliver? Yes! We offer delivery services, based upon availability. 30 miles from Lake George, MN
-What does delivery include? It includes delivery, set up and tutorials, pick up, and tank dumping.
-How do I opt in for delivery? At checkout, enter the destination address, then, on the bottom of the "Add-On" page, select the Delivery option*Can we park the camper at our house/cabin for extra guests? Yes! This is a very common request. We just ask a few things (based on prior experiences):
-The camper is not to be used as a toilet facility for all of your guests, the tanks are not big enough and you will end up having yourself a very, um, ugly situation. Rent a porta potty or a luxury toilet trailer.
- The site where you want it parked must be level and large enough to fit the RV and open the slide. We've backed into some pretty precarious places, but if there's not enough space or it isn't safe, we aren't doing it. An un-level camper won't work properly. The doors won't shut, the slides don't work properly, the heat and water heater pilots may not ignite, it's just plain not a good idea.
-You must have 30-amp power. Though some things in our rigs can run off 110/220, we have found that many people's electrical systems are not up to code/wired safely, which puts a strain on electrical systems. Therefore, if you do not have a 30-amp power source, we require that you rent one of our generators. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit and additional charges if more damage occurs.*Are pick up/drop off times flexible? We do our best to be accommodating and understand that many campsites have earlier check ins than we do. We also ask that you please be understanding that it takes time to pick up and inspect/clean/sanitize units before your stay.Any other questions? Feel free to reach out to me! I am happy to help however I can and I thank you so much for looking and considering supporting our family owned and operated small business!
