Smoke Charges: If the RV is returned with any spoke damage,a forfeit of the deposit will occur along with $500 cleaning and disinfecting fee.
Unauthorized Pets: If an unauthorized pet is found to have inhabited the RV, a forfeit of the deposit will occur along with $500 cleaning and disinfecting fee per pet.
If you prefer to pick up or return the RV earlier or later than scheduled, an additional fee will apply if the time is available.
If you're driving the RV, you must dump/empty the septic before return. The RV should be returned cleaned from your trip, or additional fees may apply, see add-ons.
All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you exceed your contracted mileage, you will be charged per mile.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid insurance and driver’s license.
We do not provide refunds for early returns.
Use of RV at festivals and tailgates is strictly prohibited.
Please be aware that the protection package purchased is an excess policy. This means a claim must first be filed with the renter's primary auto insurance carrier to check if coverage is available. If your carrier denies the claim, the Outdoorsy protection plan purchased would then be updated as the primary coverage for that claim. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
