Brand new Crossroads travel travel trailer. Sleeps 8 comfortably but could fit up to 10 people.Dog friendly (extra deposit required). Has U-shaped dinette, couch, double bunks & a king size bed in a separate room. The trailer is equipped with a full size RV fridge, including freezer. Also has a great furnace & air conditioning.Kitchen is equipped with a 3 burner stove, oven microwave. Outdoor kitchen has small bar fridge as well as propane grill.Big 24' awning with LED lighting to keep things bright for you when it gets dark. 120volt outlets all over the trailer as well as USB connections. Tv acts as a main command center for all the electronics like the stereo.Bathroom comes with a sink, porcelain toilet & Shower.Min 4 day rental for long weekend. Minimum 3 day rental for peak months (May 1st - Sept 1st)What's includedWe will provide a few chairs for your use as well as a propane fire pit. Propane is supplied at an extra cost.Below is a list of just some of the many items included -Cooking items - pots, pans ect

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Is the front storage compartment we have a water distribution center. You will find the “City Water” & “Flush” valves labelled there. The electrical hookup is in the back, with the grey & black tank drained located & labelled on the driver side of the trailer.
Q.Is delivery & set up available?
A.
Yes! In fact I would prefer to drop off & pick up. With this service, I will also set up and level the trailer, plus give you a training session on how everything works.
