This thing is super clean practically new and loaded! All you need is your clothes and a destination to take this easy to tow but spacious home on wheels!! FYI... What's includedMaster Bed is queen bed with sheets/2 pillows/blanket. Upper bunk is a full size bunk that supports 2 adults up to 600 lbs with sheets/pillow/blanket. Lower bunk is a full size bunk that supports 2 adults up to 600 lbs with sheets/pillow/blanket. Pull-out Couch can sleep up to 2 adults. Dining room table can be made into a sleeping area to accommodate to little ones or a snuggled adult. Pots/Pans/Plates/cups are available for at least 4 people. Generator available, Exterior Griddle, Pop-up Canopy, camping chairs, inflatable boat, and inflatable kayak are available for Rent. Must be returned as clean as it was received. RecommendationsIts usually easier to bring paper plate products opposed to cleaning up after each meal with limited resources.
Other things to noteUse resources wisely and remember it is a n RV and not a House. Be careful when accessing the radio or tv as you don't want to step on the dinette cushions, they will break.. Roof is not a place to hangout. No smoking!

Michael was an awesome host, I asked if he could be there a lil early and he did. The trailer was very clean, setup was very accommodating. Micheal did a very good job of showing the functions of the trailer and where things were located. Thank you for an awesome trouble free rental. I will be definitely book with Micheal again.
